• Texas Transportation Institute 2007 Urban Mobility Report - The Texas Transportation Institute has released the 2007 Urban Mobility Report. Congestion continues to worsen, according to the report, costing the U.S. $78 billion in lost time and extra gas usage. According to the report, travelers spent and extra 4.2 billion hours traveling due to congestion.
