The Miami Urban Partnership team at the Florida Department of Transportation maintains an up-to-date web site on project developments. (Reported March 24, 2008)

Florida DOT has received technical and cost proposals from construction contractors to modify existing highway lanes and shoulders to create the high-occupancy toll lanes. A final selection is expected on December 26, 2007, and work will commence very shortly thereafter. (Reported December 5, 2007)
